Campbell’s of Beauly is committed to your satisfaction; if your purchase is not quite right, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all heritage tags intact.

Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they reach our Highland workshop in perfect condition.

Dispatch via Tracked Post

Affix the return address label and send your parcel using a tracked postal service; we recommend obtaining proof of postage as the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach us.

Processing and Notification

Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days, notifying you via email.
